The Founder
Gael Chouchelamane
Gael is a high voltage battery system technical specialist with both engineering and manufacturing experience. Prior to setting up his own battery consulting company, Gael worked as a Chief Engineer at Ricardo where he was leading high voltage battery system engineering and manufacturing projects for application in different target sectors. He also served as a battery system subject matter expert, supporting the wider business namely Ricardo Strategic Consulting or Ricardo Energy & Environment. Prior to that, Gael worked at Jaguar Land Rover and was part of the technical team behind the battery for the Jaguar I-Pace. Gael was responsible for the delivery of the cell & module components and the vehicle strategies that affected the battery lifetime and performance. In addition, Gael was responsible for the evaluation of the battery warranty and servicing offering. Gael has experienced in developing materials for Li-ion cells, bipolar lead acid battery and PEM fuel cell.
